The process starts with specialized sessions to identify the application, required capacity, voltage, and working conditions of the battery. Based on this information, the initial battery pack design is created.
Selection of lithium-ion or lithium-polymer cells from reputable brands, considering capacity, lifespan, safety, and project working conditions. In this stage, the quality and compatibility of the cells are thoroughly examined to establish a reliable foundation for the battery pack construction.
We will hold a meeting with you to precisely determine the intended application of the battery pack (transportation, energy storage, industrial, etc.). The process begins with specialized sessions to identify the application, required capacity, voltage, and operating conditions of the battery. Based on this information, the initial battery pack design is created.
The arrangement of cells is done according to the engineering design, followed by welding and standard connections to integrate them. In this stage, insulating materials, precise wiring, and safety components are used to ensure the final pack has mechanical strength, high safety, and reliable performance.
Safe and standardized packaging is carried out for transportation to protect the cells and pack against impact and environmental conditions. Along with the product, a valid warranty and complete technical documentation, including specifications, usage instructions, and safety tips, are provided to the customer to ensure full assurance.
The performance of the battery pack is regularly monitored and analyzed over time to identify changes in capacity, voltage, and temperature.
